Have you ever started a diet and immediately felt like crap? Maybe it took a day or 3 but you have about 48 -72 hours of ick feeling. Sometimes we don’t make it thru that - but you get what I am saying...those are symptoms of toxins leaving your body.

It is a similar process as what happens when you use food, supplements, energy work, or a combination of those to detox things like heavy metals, viruses, chemicals, pesticides, plastics, parasites, molds, and all the other things that cause inflammation in your human suit.

You might think that it is a necessary or required step to feel like crap. I have news - it's not.

I have had many clients come to me, and when we get to their root causes, they say “oh hell no - I am not going through another detox, I did that once and gave up before we were done. Knocked me on my butt, I was so sick.”

It takes some talking through, it takes a custom plan, but it doesn’t have to be that way. (Or as expensive as your last detox either.)

I always cringe when I see other practitioners or worse the local juice bar selling detoxes and then laying out on a handout "these might be the symptoms you have when you detox" and they basically mean you will be calling in sick to work and laid up in bed.

It is really not hard to prevent these troubles and still get an effective detox - that doesn’t leave you in bed for days. I tend to find that a few mistakes are made when people have mega detox reactions...
