Gratitude is a virtue, yes? It's not that I disagree, I think you know that by now I have spoken many times over my 14-year-long gratitude practice spanning tons of journals and travels and life's ups and down. But if I sound a little discontented it's because gratitude has almost become so overused sometimes I feel like it has lost its meaning. 

For me, the meaning is still deep and true and life-changing but I don’t want you to hear the word and tune out this is going to be nonsense…so today for energy medicine Monday I want to issue you 5 challenges to build your sense of gratitude.
